Herbaceous perennial, reaching 40 cm in height. Simple, erect stem, part of
which and petiole of basal leaves are subterranean. Deltoid,
linear-lanceolate, opposite leaves, 2-4-pinnatisect, with narrow
segments. Small, white flowers, borne in compound umbels, in numbers of 1-4, pedunculate and
terminal, with 6-12 unequal rays. Bracts and bracteoles absent. Ovate-oblong
fruits, approximately 5.2 mm.
Very rare species which inhabits very high rocky areas above altitude of
1000 m on Madeira. |
