You leave the hotel at 9 a.m. in the direction of the summit of Encumeada from where you continue as far as the top following the levada in the opposite direction of the water course. On this route you will need a torch and a packed lunch. The route is approximately 22 kms long and takes about seven hours. It is more accessible than the first day’s route. You arrive at the hotel at 4 p.m.
